We are NOT responsible for any type of damage to your computer before or after our technicians have resolved your problem, or if you allow a technician other than iTecGeeks access to your IT devices, we are not responsible or we should be held liable. Our Money-Back Guarantee policy ensures your satisfaction. If iTecGeeks.com could not perform in accordance to the service specifications and you’re not completely satisfied with the service you’ve purchased, you can get a full refund within 7 business days of the final notification that services can’t be met. If the situation is not resolved to the satisfaction a refund will be issued.
iTecGeeks will subtract $79.99 of the refunded amount for charges associated with the service agreement if a license has been installed and/or more than 3 hours were spent by our technicians working on the IT device (PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
